The work is not complete when the system is launched. It's very important to collect user feedback and assess any system shortcomings that have arisen. As much as we would love for every single issue to be ironed out during the test phase, we realize that the test environment and production environment are likely not identical, and there are numerous variables that can change outside of the system, causing undesireable behavior of the system.
